This website is about the end of the world… it would have no purpose in promoting the facts about earthquakes… which is there is nothing abnormal about their occurrences even today … if it were called ‘the scientific facts about earthquakes you would have nothing to scare people with.

Unfortunately, this blog is spreading ignorance. Please advise, the bible was written by man and not a supernatural being. It was written by smart people trying to help the people cope with misery. The times back then were horrible for regular people. We should be thankful that we can eat when we want to and do whatever we want to whenever we want to. We are truly free. We should view the bible as a guideline of how to be a good fellow human being. Although, some of the subjects or now outdated. We should learn to change with the times and not be stuck on something that controls through emotions. We should look at real facts and not just what we see and think is happening. Things are usually deeper than what they seem on the outside. Peace everyone.

I googled as suggested and the articles saying there aren’t more earthquakes than usual were all written months ago, before the gulf oil explosion. The USGS website for world earthquakes during the last 7 days was up to 834 on Friday! It’s usually under 200.

Lets take your last statement: “Many skeptics are dismissing all of these earthquakes as a “coincidence” and are insisting that things will get back to “normal” very soon. But will they?”

“Many skeptics” – perhaps people with actual knowledge and education?

“all of these earthquakes” – no more than usual as traced over 100 years – (USGS)

“coincidence” implies unusual synchronicity of events – there is absolutely nothing unusual about the size or frequency of recent seismic events

“insisting that things will get back to normal very soon” – please provide once credible expert source that says things are NOT normal, and given that you won’t be able to, who is it that claims things will “get back to normal”, when there is nothing abnormal happening.

“But will they?” (get back to normal) Yes, they will, because they never left normal in the first place.

Opinion is one thing. Unfounded drivel such as this “article” is just delusional grandeur on the part of an ill-informed narcissist.

when your scientific materialist worldview is insufficient to account for the supernatural, you will be left to use the abstract to explain away what is about to happen in right in front of your eyes.

but if you have eyes to see, then you can very easily verify that it’s all been written for you so that when it comes to pass you will glorify the one true God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob and quit worshiping yourself and your society.
